We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. Please contact us at info@tracysmithnewyork.com to initiate your return and a shipping label will be emailed to you. You must contact us with 14 days of receipt of your merchandise.
